Objectives of the Equipment
The equipment should be able to demonstrate the followings:
• Proportional, Integral and Derivative control
• Measuring instruments of pressure and flow rate
• Response and characteristics of process
• Tuning techniques of controllers
• Controlling flow-rate and pressure of gases and of liquids
• Split-range control

The unit must be equipped with (or corresponding part):
• Framework: Stainless steel or anodized aluminum with enough thickness to withstand the load of equipment and/or different components of equipment
• Storage tank with capacity of 40 l (Minimum)
• Centrifugal pump (Made up of corrosion-resistant material)

• Electronic variable area flow transmitter-indicator with range of 20 to 2000 l/h and 4 to 20 mA output
• Electronic differential-pressure transmitters of with 4 to 20 mA output signal
• Pneumatic control valves for pressure control in splitrange and flow rate control
• Electro-pneumatic converters, 4 to 20 mA / 0.2 to 1 bar
• Electronic pressure transmitter of with range of 0 to 6 bar and 4 to 20 mA output signal
• PID controller
• Piping and valves
• Safety control
• Automated unit along with software for computerized control of the equipment

• UPS with enough backup for shutting down the unit/equipment in case of power failure
